Before writing in, review the following FAQs.
How do I get a receipt for my charge?
You can access receipts by going to the your account page > Manage Subscription > Manage Billing, then look for your Invoice History. Selecting the little boxy arrows will open up your receipts for downloading and printing. Prices are listed in US Dollars.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your account page > Manage Subscription then cancel your subscription.
If your account is active, there is a link to cancel under the upgrade options. Canceling your account simply prevents the next recurring fee.
Can I get a refund?
A prorated refund may be issued for a charge transaction settled within the past 30 days. A prorated refund is not automatic, contact us if that's something you're looking for.
Why am I seeing an unexpected charge?
If you see a charge on your statement that is unexpected please contact us with the date of the transaction and the amount.
Can I change the card on file?
Yes, visit your account page then visit Manage Subscription, then Manage Billing, then Payment Method, then Add Payment Method and select your new card as default.
